Hello!
I'm Teresa Wolfe, MS, a Food Scientist and Wellness Coach with over 35 years of expertise in food science, nutrition, and herbal medicine.
I have presented at over 200 live events and helped hundreds of people discover what nourishes them most - body, mind, and soul.
Food/nourishment is a messy topic at this time. There is so much information available to us, so many conflicting ‘professional recommendations’, so many food biases - that many of us have lost the ability to sit and eat a meal for the pure joy of it. I decided that - with my 35+ years of experience and expertise as a food scientist and my personal journey around diet, nutrition, and nourishment, - the best contribution I could make to humanity and the planet is by helping folks - like you - sort out their confusion around what diet they need to thrive.
Our bodies are amazing in that they WANT to be in a state of perfect health. In fact, left to their own devices, they will take care of themselves quite well.
Our families, peers, economic status, geographical location, religious beliefs, the media, and a myriad of other influences shape our life experience. As we grow,
our life experiences and cultural influences alter our perception of what, when and how we should eat.
When you look at HOW people eat, you may have noticed that individuals exhibit different types of eating patterns or behaviors. That is commonly known as someone’s “eating style”. Understanding your eating style can provide valuable insights into your habits, preferences, and challenges when it comes to food.
